Things to Do in the Santa Ynez Valley this Spring

Solvang Farmer’s Market

Every Wednesday, 2:30 - 5:30pm

Borrow a bike from Hotel Ynez and cruise on over to First Street in downtown Solvang where you will discover a beautiful bounty of fresh fruit, veggies, flowers, and more — all grown and harvested right here on the Central Coast.

Live Music at Carhartt Family Wines

April 26 | May 10 | May 24

Every other Friday night from 5-8pm, visit the Carhartt tasting room in Los Olivos for live local music paired with fine wine and good food. Seating is first come, first served.

Artisan’s Market at PARc Place

April 27th | May 25th | June 29th

Shop handcrafted goods from local makers on the last Saturday of each month at PARc Place in Solvang from 10am - 4pm.

Spring Peddler Faire

Saturday, April 29th, 10am - 2pm

An annual artisan market showcasing artwork, crafts, and wares from local makers in Buellton’s River View Park.

Solvang Festival Theatre

May 1st - September 1st

This 700-seat outdoor amphitheater is the Santa Ynez Valley’s hub for performing arts of all kinds –  from theatre productions to live music.

Buellton Brew Fest

Saturday, May 4th, 11:30am - 4:30pm

55+ craft breweries, wineries, cideries, distillers, merchants, and more take over River View park for a fun day of tastings, live music, food trucks, lawn games, and community. Bring a lawn chair, an appetite, and enjoy! This event sells out every year - so get your tickets now.

Mother’s Day Brunch at Norman

Sunday, May 12th, 10am - 3pm

Treat Mom to a two-course prix fixe brunch at Skyview’s Norman Restaurant & Bar in Los Alamos. Reservations are recommended ($45/person).

Maker’s Faire at Zaca Mesa Winery

Saturday, May 18th, 11am - 3pm

Enjoy an afternoon of sipping and strolling at Zaca Mesa’s beautiful tasting room and vineyard in Los Olivos, and support the Santa Ynez Valley’s community of local artists at this pop-up shopping event. Tickets required.
