» Upon purchase, please allow up to 72 hours for processing your membership. Membership benefits only become redeemable once you receive an order fulfillment email notification.
» Memberships cannot be gifted or purchased on behalf of someone else.
» Only 1 membership can be purchased per transaction.
» Purchase becomes non-refundable after 24 hours. After 24 hours, purchase is final and cannot be canceled.
» Members must be at least 21 years of age. IDs showing age are required for all membership perks on site.
» Membership is only available online through nomadahotelgroup.com/membership and payable by credit card only. No cash or check payments will be accepted.

» Membership begins on the date of order fulfillment notification and expires after 365 days.
» Membership must be manually renewed. There is no option for automatic renewal at this point in time.

This program requires its members and their guests to accept our standards of conduct in all Nomada spaces. By enrolling in the Nomada Membership, you agree to these terms. If a member or their guest(s) violate any of our rules or policies, the membership will be revoked without refund.
» When Members bring a guest to a Nomada property, the membership holder is responsible for ensuring all guest(s) follow the Nomada Membership standards of conduct.
» Guest(s) of members are not allowed in the pool or pool area after the member leaves.
» All bills must be settled in full before leaving the property. Members are responsible for their guests’ bills if they are not paid and may face membership being revoked without a refund if such unpaid bills are not settled promptly.
» All Nomada Members and their guests are obligated to abide by the smoking policy that’s in effect at each property. No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed inside any of our venues at any time. Failure to comply with this policy could result in a damage assessment of up to $500.
» All Nomada members and their guests are obligated to abide by the pet policy that's in effect at each property. Failure to adhere to those policies could result in a $500 fee per incident.
» At times, Nomada hotels, restaurants, and pools may have partial or total buyouts for private events. When we close part of a property for a private event, please honor and respect the privacy of the event.

» Each day pass is valid for 1 member or guest for one day.
» Pool day passes can only be used by members and guests that are aged 21 & over.
» To access the pool, members must check-in at the Front Desk with a valid ID.
» Members may choose to use their pool passes to bring guests but the membership holder must be present at check-in and during the entirety of the visit.
» Members are responsible for their guests’ etiquette. If etiquette is found to be below Nomada standards of conduct, the party may be asked to leave and membership revoked without refund - please see member etiquette section.
» Blackout and property buyout dates apply and are subject to change. Click here for a current list of pool closures.

If the registered member is not present, the reservation is subject to cancellation without a refund and the membership will be revoked.
» Not applicable on bookings of 5 or more rooms. For 5 or more rooms, please inquire for a group room block.

ROOM UPGRADES
» Hotel room upgrades are completed on the day of arrival only, if there is availability at the property.
» If hotel room upgrades are available, the upgrade will be for a single room type tier higher.
EARLY CHECK-INS
» Nomada hotel check-in time is typically 3pm and while a Nomada member is prioritized for early arrival opportunities, the property cannot guarantee a check-in time before 3pm.
» If you would like to take advantage of early check-in, member must call the hotel on the day of arrival for the property to prioritize your room for early check in.
LATE CHECK-OUTS
» Nomada hotel check outs are typically 11am, with a fee associated for check-out at 1pm. When available, 1pm check-out is complimentary to Nomada Members.
» If you would like to take advantage of late check-out on your departure day, member must call or mention it to the front desk during your arrival or stay.
» 1pm is the latest check-out time for any guest without paying for an additional night, if the additional night is even available.
