What’s New at Ciao Papi this Winter

Now open in Paso Robles, Ciao Papi is an al-fresco restaurant and cocktail bar that offers heated patio dining overlooking the pool at River Lodge. The Cal-Italian menu, crafted by culinary director Daniel Horn, features seasonal signature pizzas, locally-made Etto pasta, farm-fresh salads, weekend brunch, afternoon apéro specials, and more.

This winter, Ciao Papi is open to the public for dine-in service, Thursdays through Mondays; and delivery via Doordash is also now available.

Room service, anyone? Reserve a room at River Lodge with this special package deal and receive a $50 restaurant credit per night booked. So you can go ahead and splurge on that cozy fireside dinner, order Brunch in bed, or get that extra round of poolside cocktails. After all, it’s on the house!

APÉRO - Ciao Papi’s take on happy hour, Apéro is the European art of indulging through the afternoon hours between lunch and dinner over cocktails, wine, and snacks. Here, that means special pricing on apps and half-off all aperitifs, available Thursdays - Mondays, 4 - 5pm.

MARGARITA MONDAYS - Mix up your Monday afternoon with $12 signature margaritas (spicy jalapeño, strawberry, guava, passionfruit, and classic lime) and $18 margherita pizzas!

STEAK FLORENTINE DINNER SPECIAL - Every Thursday, treat yourself and someone special to a traditional Tuscan staple — Steak Florentine. Ciao Papi’s $85 meal serves two and includes a 16oz Ribeye with two signature sides.
