Three Course Prix Fixe Dinner Specials at Nomada Restaurants

Consider this your save-the-date for February 14th at Norman or the Granada Bistro. Our culinary teams will set the scene with cozy candlelit tables for two, fine wines, chilled champagne, and prix fixe dinner specials. All you have to do is reserve your table (before we’re fully booked).

FIRST

Curried Carrot Soup: roasted pepitas, basil oil

Yellowfin Poké: avocado, sriracha aioli, aged soy, wonton chips, scallions

Barley Salad: arugula, feta, avocado, sweet peppers, cucumber, shaved red onion, kalamata olives, vinegar, oil

SECOND

American Wagyu Tri-Tip: snake river farms gold label, french whipped potatoes, asparagus, chimichurri

Jambalaya: andouille sausage, selva shrimp, chicken, bell pepper, spicy tomato sauce, jasmine rice

Mighty Cap Mushrooms: miso glazed carrots, crispy quinoa, sage pistachio purée, blistered tomato vinaigrette

THIRD

Raspberry Semifreddo: pistachio crumble, lemon curd

Bread Pudding: cinnamon custard, golden raisins, bourbon glaze

Lemon Olive Oil Cake: macerated berries, mint whipped cream

Tornedos Normande: filet medallions, apple, mushroom, brandy reduction, crostini

Wild Mushroom Pasta: etto casarecce, mighty cap mushrooms, roasted garlic, parmesan

White Chocolate Cheesecake: raspberry, graham cracker crust
