Celebrate San Luis Obispo Restaurant Month at the Granada Bistro

Every January the San Luis Obispo community comes together to celebrate the incredible culinary scene and all that it has to offer. Local restaurants, like our very own Granada Bistro, craft exclusive dining specials that allow diners to make the most of every experience.

This year, the Bistro is offering a special prix fixe pairing dinner that includes three courses accompanied by complementary drink options that pair perfectly with each dish.⁠

"Our menu is inspired by the vibrant citrus fruits found abundantly here in California. With a fresh and zesty citrus flavor palate, each dish highlights the bright, bold flavors of locally sourced oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits,"⁠ says Nomada’s Culinary Director, Chef Daniel Horn.

Citrus Poached Prawns with tomatillo cocktail sauce

STARTER

Shaved Fennel Salad with grapefruit, avocado, watercress, and a citrus-honey vinaigrette.

Citrus-Brined Pork Chop with sweet potato purée, swiss chard, and a jalapeño-blood orange marmelade
